Every September I sit down with a year of your support messages and read them in one go. It takes most of a weekend, and it is the most useful thing I do all year. |
This year the pattern was hard to miss. You are not asking us for more. You are asking for what is already there to be quicker, clearer and a little more forgiving when something goes wrong. Search that finds the thing you typed. Exports that do not time out. An undo that actually undoes. |
So until the end of December, the whole team — all nineteen of us — is working on those, and nothing new. No launches, no redesigns, no features you did not ask for. We will write to you once a month with what we fixed, in plain words, including the things we tried and could not. |
I will be honest: this is not the exciting choice. Our roadmap had a few things on it I was looking forward to showing you, and they will wait. But My Company only works if you can trust it on a busy Monday morning, and right now there are still too many small moments where you cannot. |
If there is one thing that trips you up every week, I would like to hear about it. Not through a form — just reply to this email. I read every answer, and so does the person who will fix it. |
