It takes most of a weekend, and it is the most useful thing I do all year.This year the pattern was hard to miss. You are not asking us for more. You are asking for what is already there to be quicker, clearer and a little more forgiving when something goes wrong. Search that finds the thing you typed. Exports that do not time out. An undo that actually undoes.So until the end of December, the whole team — all nineteen of us — is working on those, and nothing new. No launches, no redesigns, no features you did not ask for. We will write to you once a month with what we fixed, in plain words, including the things we tried and could not.I will be honest: this is not the exciting choice. Our roadmap had a few things on it I was looking forward to showing you, and they will wait.
